We open on Amy doing some crunches to keep her abs tuned up and tough. Lacey walks in and spews ridicule at Amy's efforts. A challenge is laid down to determine just which of the ladies has abs that are the most resistant to abuse.
Things start with some traded punches to the gut. It's really a ruse for an ambush however as one lady takes her turn and will not stop and begins a long session of ab destruction!

Repeated stomping, Headbutts, scissoring, elbow grinding, heel grinding and more. Lacey spends most of this 'match' holding her red and pained stomach and screaming in pain.
The final abstretch leaves her passed out and leaves Amy free to finish her workout.

Looking for some straight technical wrestling?
Hammerlocks and reversals come fast and furious, tight headlocks are held into takeovers and worked hard, strength is tested--and neither lady backs down or is starved for ideas of what to lock on next.

Mostly smart mat wrestling though one gal's temper does get the best of her as the battle wears on. Some surprising reversals and holds that you probably can't name as the wrestlers fight hard to earn the pinfall.

A good hard-fought contest between some technically sound athletes.

Amber is unusually excited to see Christie and Shantelle seems to be in the audience...

Such foul tactics do not get her disqualified and seem to inspire Rain to likewise bend and break some rules and deliver some wicked payback. Keester Bounces and a Sleeper follow as do some exotic and spontaneous submission holds.

Rain smugly accepts the challenge of a match from a male pro much bigger than she and he is not looking to take it easy on her. A Ref is called in and the match begins.

It's all Rain from the open as she uses her speed and dexterity to toss and dropkick him around, looking like she can definitely back up her earlier statements. A fatal mistake in the form of a missed Crossbody breaks her stride and puts her at the mercy of Machete--and he doesn't have any for her!

Joey Bodyslams, backbreaks and even Piledrives Rain and seems sure to win. Turns out he's a little too cocky as well though and the match goes on with both wrestlers giving and taking a real beating.
Eventually size, strength and meanness does win out however and leads to a very final 3 count.

Amber seems to have arrived a little late and is still applying her makeup in the ring as Venus waits anxiously to begin.
