2005- First year goes by and we're into our second year.
We're still doing some shoots at shows and renting places out. We have a couple of places we're using regularly though which is good. CWF in North Carolina has a good building with a great ring. I trade off doing a show or two for ring time and we get a lot of the local or driveable talent in. Amber O'Neal, Brandi Wine, Krissy Vaine, Cindy Rogers, GeeStar and others become regular talent for us there. We also work a lot in Tennessee with places Candi Divine sets up for us. We see Christie Ricci a lot in that area. In Florida we work with POW in their training ring and at their shows. The training area is hot (Florida with no air conditioning hot) but it's local and they are easy to work with.

We're still trying to work out how to take good pictures during matches. Apparently redeye was our greatest enemy in the early days. It's definitely an artform that we were struggling with back then.
We started working with some veterans this year. We had already worked with Candi and Malia Hosaka but Luna Vachon, Bambi, Desiree Petersen, and Peggy Lee Leather joined in. We also started with a few at the beginnings of their career like Amy Love and Lorelei Lee who became staples in our company.
We were able to shoot some videos on our overseas trip in Ireland with Rebecca Knox and then she worked for us again when she first came to the USA.

One of the other "fun" things was internet access. Phones were just starting to become smart and weren't really capable of doing website updates and adding passwords at this point. We used to have to go to the business centers of hotels and internet cafes to get work done and pay for the time we were there! Crazy to think back on that! It was a struggle sometimes but we were determined to always have our updates up on time. We've rarely missed that and it was always a big thing happening when it did, like a hurricane knocking out power one year. We ended up finding a McDonalds with power and did the update from there the next day.
Anyway, 2005 was a year of a lot of travel and meeting a ton of new people. Good times.
